About the Position:
KM Education Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a qualified and experienced Care Professional Development Specialist to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals working in the Health and Social Care sector.

**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to learners pursuing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver training programs to learners pursuing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
* Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners to ensure they meet the required standards.
* Maintain accurate records of learner progress and performance.

Requirements:
* Hold a recognized Assessor award or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS/AET.
* Have experience in assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care/Adult Care at Level 5.
* Possess a good understanding of ICT skills and be proficient in using various software applications.
* Be able to travel frequently and work remotely when needed.

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
