We are currently looking for a highly motivated Care Training Professional to join our team as an Assessor and Trainer in Health. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing learner progress, organising documentation, and overcoming barriers to learning. They will also need to meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork, and general administration.

To excel in this role, you should have strong time management skills, be proactive in identifying solutions, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. As a Care Training Professional, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development of learners and shaping the future of healthcare.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE. Our benefits package includes pension, expenses, and much more.
