Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our night shift team as a Care Assistant. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to respecting the dignity and privacy of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Person-Centred Care: Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each resident's care plan and progress.
  • Providing Support: Provide support to residents to enable them to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
What We Offer
