Care Worker with a Focus on Community Support

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at The Talent Hub. As a key member of our community support services, you will play a vital role in supporting young parents, those recovering from drug/alcohol problems, care leavers, people with learning difficulties, families at risk, people at risk of homelessness, and vulnerable individuals to acquire essential life skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of others. Your primary responsibility will be delivering keyworker sessions against agreed outcomes, working closely with service users to help them move into independence.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or significant life experience. You will also need an Enhanced DBS check, a driving licence, and access to a vehicle. Don't worry if you don't meet these requirements initially; we offer funding for a Level 3 qualification post-probation
