Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of global learning programs to ensure a positive experience for participants and facilitators.
- Supervise the Learning and Development administrator and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- You hold a relevant qualification in a field such as education, training, or human resources.
- You have prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
