Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to drive growth and efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute company strategy, setting goals and tracking performance metrics.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Oversee internal and external communication, manage key relationships, and ensure clear reporting.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Management, Finance, Private Equity, or Project Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, including IRR.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in high-growth or complex organizations.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Agile and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative and discreet with confidential information.
