Director of Strategic Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategic Growth to join our team and lead the delivery of our payroll and pension services to the education sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering innovation. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business and creating solutions that make a real difference in the lives of educators and school staff across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for profitable growth and client retention.
- Manage the P&L, set budgets, and drive financial performance to meet targets.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services, maintaining strong client relationships and enhancing our reputation through a client-first culture.
- Stay ahead of market trends, lead change initiatives, and spearhead innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Requirements:
- Educated to Degree level.
- Experience in delivering business growth through effective strategic leadership and operational management in a medium-sized, multi-stakeholder organisation.
- Proven track record in financial management and budget oversight with experience in commercial bid and tender processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading organisational change and process improvement.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
