The NHS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Care Team Leader to join our team at Haven House. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,036 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will lead the Integrated Care Team in delivering high-quality nursing care to children and young adults with complex health needs. You will also contribute to education and training of colleagues and participate in line management of junior staff.

To succeed in this role, you will possess strong leadership skills, technical pediatric nursing knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Integrated Care Team in delivering high-quality nursing care
  • Contribute to education and training of colleagues
  • Participate in line management of junior staff

Requirements:

  • RN Child or Adult qualification
  • Palliative Care or Symptom Management module
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration pediatric nursing experience
