Strategic Palliative Care Leader

St Christopher's Hospice is seeking a highly ambitious and innovative individual to join its leadership team as a Strategic Palliative Care Leader. We are looking for someone with success and confidence as a senior leader in a complex organisation, whether in the commercial, charity or public sector.
About UsWe are a modern hospice charity caring for nearly 6,500 individuals each year. Our mission remains steadfast: to ensure that every dying person and their loved ones have access to compassionate care and support whenever and wherever they need it.
We deliver our services through a wide range of multi-professional teams, including clinical staff, psychological and spiritual teams, social work and welfare, rehabilitation, wellbeing services, and bereavement services. We also offer palliative care education locally, nationally and globally.
Key Responsibilities- To provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of palliative care services.
- To work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders to drive organisational strategy and growth.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
