About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nurse to join our team as a Children's Hospice Nurse. You will be responsible for providing expert care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families, in various settings, including hospices, homes, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with families to ensure seamless care transitions and ongoing support.
