Clinical Operations Director for Palliative Care

Hospice UK is a leading provider of emotional support services to families affected by incurable cancer diagnoses.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to manage the delivery of our palliative care service, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and effective response to families in need.
As a seasoned leader in healthcare, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational oversight, working closely with our team to deliver a responsive, quality service that offers emotional support, guidance, and counselling to parents and those with significant caring responsibilities.
**Salary:** £70,000 per annum
**Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:This role will involve leading a team of professionals to deliver a high-quality, safe, and effective palliative care service. You will be responsible for providing clinical and operational management, ensuring that our service meets the needs and values of Hospice UK.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in palliative care, preferably with accreditation as a counsellor from BACP, HCPC, or UKCP. You should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within our organisation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in palliative care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Accreditation as a counsellor from BACP, HCPC, or UKCP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
