We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Leader to join our team as a Children's Hospice Nurse. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospices, homes, and communities.
  • Collaborate with families to plan and review care, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
  • Act as an advocate for children and their families, promoting their rights and dignity.
  • Evaluate and implement new care strategies, improving patient outcomes and experience.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse (Child Branch) or Sick Children's Nurse.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
  • Experience in nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
