- Provide individualized care to children with life-limiting conditions, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless care transitions and ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric palliative care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
