Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at Dovetail Group. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, reviewing and editing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £27,000 per annum, based on industry standards in Aldermaston, Berkshire.
Job Description:As an Administrative Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations and Compliance Manager, including:
- Supporting Project Delivery: Assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Reviewing and Editing Reports: Reviewing subcontractor reports, editing them as necessary, and distributing them to clients in a professional manner.
- Maintaining Inventory Tracker: Maintaining an inventory tracker spreadsheet by logging purchases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Providing Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to ensure smooth office operations.
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email for planning and admin inquiries from internal and external customers.
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams), Atlas Citation, Simpro, and Adobe software is essential for this role.
Working Arrangements:This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week in our office based in Aldermaston, Berkshire.
