We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Dovetail Group. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, reviewing and editing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £27,000 per annum, based on industry standards in Aldermaston, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Delivery: Assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Reviewing and Editing Reports: Reviewing subcontractor reports, editing them as necessary, and distributing them to clients in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining Inventory Tracker: Maintaining an inventory tracker spreadsheet by logging purchases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email for planning and admin inquiries from internal and external customers.
Requirements:

Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams), Atlas Citation, Simpro, and Adobe software is essential for this role.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week in our office based in Aldermaston, Berkshire.
