Job OverviewWe develop cutting-edge ocean bottom systems for deployment at depths of over 6km. Our sensors are used in earthquake early warning systems, monitoring volcanic activity, and oil and gas exploration on land and at sea.
The company is engaged in a wide variety of engineering disciplines ranging from intricate mechanical design challenges requiring micron level accuracy to large scale mechanical systems, electronics, and software.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers through remote diagnosis and strategic planning for repairs/support.
- Liaise with the Engineering department to provide continuous feedback for product design improvement and reliability.
- Work through a list of prioritised support tickets to deliver an efficient and professional service to end users.
- Support field services in a 'hands-on' role that may require international travel.
- Offer technical support to the sales team on company products and applications.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
