Role Overview

We are seeking an In-House Trainer and Assessor to join our team at AWE in RG7 4PR. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programmes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Train the Trainer courses
  • Implement an observation programme for quality assurance
  • Develop supporting materials for trainers
  • Provide individual development plans and support to trainers
  • Build a community of trainers and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
