About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Quality Specialist to join our team at AWE in RG7 4PR. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven trainer with experience in operational-based training to develop their skills and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, systemise and deliver an in-house Train the Trainer programme for OJT trainers
  • Implement an observation programme to assure the quality of OJT training
  • Develop skill sets of trainers through supporting materials for the Training Community Sharepoint site
  • Provide individual development plans and support to trainers who do not achieve desired standards
  • Build a community of trainers and maintain records of individuals who carry out OJT
  • Work closely with training teams in operational delivery units and HR Training Partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational-based training
  • Self-motivation and excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability in delivery styles

The salary for this role is up to £37,000 per annum, depending on your suitability, qualifications and level of experience.
