Portfolio Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gold Group.
As a Portfolio Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, working closely with field-based engineers to prioritize and plan jobs, and processing engineer job sheets.
You will also be responsible for liaising with subcontractors, arranging ferry and hotel bookings as needed, producing customer information packs, and extracting, manipulating, and inputting data for monthly reports.
In addition, you will manage document control, including purchase orders, goods received, invoicing, and stock management. You will also support site performance monitoring, complete basic fault analysis, and control key component stock procurement and delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with CRM systems and MS Office suite (Word & Excel essential)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good customer service skills and confident telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment
Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on location and experience.
