The Learning and Development Administrator will provide administrative support to the learning and development function, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and events.

You will work closely with the learning and development team to coordinate logistics, schedule training sessions, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Coordinate logistics and scheduling for multiple training requests, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining accurate records.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date employee training records on the HRIS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external providers to ensure successful training delivery.

This role requires onsite work in Aldermaston, 4 days a week. A security clearance (SC) or the ability to obtain it is required due to the nature of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a learning and development role, with demonstrable knowledge of learning and development processes.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexibly when necessary, with accurate and thorough attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and high-level competency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business software systems.
Advantageous Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development.
  • Associated member of the CIPD.
