About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of health and safety into the daily processes of our Service Team. This involves overseeing company safety policies, ensuring adherence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of company safety policies, ensuring adherence.
  • COSHH Risk Assessments and updates to Citation (CAFM System).
  • Review of the office's H&S risk assessment.
  • Logbook creation for client sites.
  • Promotion of safety awareness and safe working practices across the business.
  • Management of regular fire drills and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
  • Statutory requirement testing.
  • Production of written procedures covering all aspects of Health and Safety.

Salary Range: £30,000 – £40,000/annum Pro Rata.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation within the construction industry.
  • Extensive Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and maintaining online systems, preferably health and safety systems.
