As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our teams, driving business success through effective talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Provide guidance and support to colleagues on learning and development opportunities, identifying skill gaps and training needs to enhance team performance.
  • Training Delivery: Coordinate logistics and scheduling for multiple training requests, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining accurate records.
  • Career Development: Process employee career development applications, analyzing performance data and feedback to inform training priorities and forecasting costs related to external training.

This role requires onsite work in Aldermaston, 4 days a week. A security clearance (SC) or the ability to obtain it is required due to the nature of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a learning and development role, with demonstrable knowledge of learning and development processes.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexibly when necessary, with accurate and thorough attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and high-level competency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business software systems.
Advantageous Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development.
  • Associated member of the CIPD.
