Electrical Training Manager

AWE is a leading organization in the field of electrical engineering, seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer to lead our apprentice academy as a Training Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver skills training for apprentices, including review and maintenance of course files and syllabi.

**Salary:** £45,250 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining teacher and assessor status through continued professional development. They will also work with the Skills Academy team to meet company and national development requirements.

**Key Requirements:**

  1. Candidates must hold at least a BTEC/City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering.
  2. Proven presentation skills are essential for this role.
  3. Good communication and influencing skills are required to effectively manage a team of approximately 12 direct reports.
