Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Fulfill the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT products and services.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.

Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet demand without overstocking.

Utilise Datto Autotask PSA to manage sales and service delivery operations efficiently.

Use Datto Commerce to streamline procurement processes and enhance vendor management.

Support team members in using these tools effectively.

Continuously evaluate and optimise the use of Datto Autotask PSA and Datto Commerce to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and procurement administration.

Proficiency in using “Datto Autotask PSA” and “Datto Commerce” or similar business management systems. (Training will be given)

General understanding of IT products and services.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
