TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an experienced team in a SEND setting linked to a mainstream school.

This role involves providing individualised support to students with PMLD / ASD, working closely with teachers and other professionals to implement behaviour plans and track progress.

We are looking for someone with patience, resilience, and strong communication skills to nurture positive relationships with students, colleagues, and their support network.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with students with PMLD / ASD or other SEN, although this is not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  1. Provide individualised support to students with PMLD / ASD
  2. Foster positive relationships with students and colleagues
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement behaviour plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with PMLD / ASD or other SEN (desirable)
  • Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support (advantageous)
