We are seeking a dedicated Education Specialist to provide support for a child with Autism in a Key Stage 1 classroom. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to the child's needs.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to support the child's learning and development.
  • Maintain regular communication with the child's parents or guardians to ensure seamless collaboration on educational goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Autism or special educational needs in a KS1 setting.
  • Strong understanding of Autism and related strategies to promote learning and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
