The Vision for Education - Cambridge is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Support Professional to join their team as a full-time Teaching Assistant in a supportive Secondary school setting.
Job OverviewThis long-term Teaching Assistant role will involve working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a small group basis in Key Stages 3 & 4. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting children in a similar environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with SEND in a small group setting
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, implementation, and assessment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
