Educational Support Worker

Job Summary
Vision for Education - Cambridge is seeking a skilled Educational Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with learners who require additional support and be able to deliver high-quality support to promote their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- To provide individualised support to learners with additional needs, tailored to their specific requirements
- To develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviours and reduce challenging behaviour
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective learner progress and development
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Education or Special Needs
- Experience working with learners who require additional support, preferably in a school setting
- An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one, ensuring the highest level of safeguarding
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per annum, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. In addition, we provide pension contributions after a qualifying period, FREE training opportunities, and a generous refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
