We are Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented individuals with rewarding roles in schools across the UK. We are currently seeking an exceptional Academic Support Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with SEN in primary schools within the Cambridge area. You will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as well as supporting students during lessons and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to students with SEN, including those with autism, SEMH, and Dyslexia, in a variety of educational settings.
• Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as well as supporting students during lessons and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements, contributing to the development of personalized learning plans.

Requirements:
