**Job Title:** Academic Support Professional
**Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Academic Support Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
They will also provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth
- Support classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Good knowledge of Key Stage 2
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification desirable
- Verifiable references from previous employers or placements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students
