Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

Location: Cambridgeshire

We are seeking qualified teachers with QTS or QTLS to provide individualised education in various settings. The roles are rewarding and offer flexible working hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have anxiety or exclusions, and be able to deliver engaging lessons for reluctant learners. Experience with Autism, SEMH, or ADHD is advantageous.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
Deliver high-quality education to Primary and Secondary aged students with anxiety or exclusions.
Work in various settings, including schools and specialist provision centers.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of reluctant learners.

Requirements:
QTS or QTLS qualification.
Experience working with students who have anxiety or exclusions.
Able to deliver engaging lessons for reluctant learners.
