We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team in North London or East London. As a leading global manufacturer of commercial roofing materials, we offer a range of exciting opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience operating as a specification sales manager within the construction sector and be comfortable delivering CPD presentations.

We are looking for someone who is well presented, has a keen eye for detail, and can demonstrate a professional/consultative sales approach. The ability to work autonomously and being IT literate are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurturing existing and growing new business
  • Selling via the Specification sales route
  • Delivering CPD presentations
  • Tracking and overseeing projects conception through to completion
  • Achieving customer satisfaction through effective territory management
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of competitors and their products
  • Keeping up to date with the latest safety legislations and regulations
  • Ensuring the company maintains its market leading position
  • Attending activity meetings and industry events
