About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our management team to understand customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
  • You will handle a portfolio of clients and prospects, ensuring timely and professional communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will process correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations, adhering to approved business processes and procedures.

Client Executive Responsibilities:

You will support the management team in external client relationships, taking ownership of a number of clients requiring Client Executive support.



  • You will work on an existing book of business to maximize income and provide comprehensive services to clients.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with existing partners and acquire new ones.
  • You will lead the sales and customer service management team/resource, providing direction, motivation, and leadership to achieve sales and development targets.


Objectives and Responsibilities:

You will develop a client strategy for target businesses, working closely with the team to identify new business sales opportunities through structured review meetings and away days.



  • You will manage pipelines and support marketing strategies.
  • You will adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, serving as an ambassador for the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You should have previous experience as an Account Executive or Development Executive within an Insurance Broker.
  • You should have experience in Sales Management and delivery of financial results.
  • You should have a track record in personal sales.
  • Acturis experience is desirable.
  • CII qualifications to the appropriate level or willingness to undertake are required.


Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
