We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and lead the activities of our sales departments. This position will be based in our Colchester, VT office and require travel to various customer locations around the US, roughly 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direct management to a team of 15 - 20 sales professionals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products to ensure quota attainment.
  • Travel to develop and maintain close working relationships with the marketplace.
  • Set and achieve sales quotas that match strategic initiatives of VIP.
  • Define standards and tailor sales operations to meet customer, company, and external partner needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Experience in software sales.
  • Proven success in managing teams and the entire sales process.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
