About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Retention Marketing Manager to join our team at DAZN. As a key member of our retention strategy team, you will be responsible for collaborating with local markets and other functions to execute our global retention strategy for B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Retention Strategy to define and lead the implementation of our B2C retention strategy globally.
  • Collaborate with local markets to execute our creative and brand direction, creating emotional connections with our audiences.
  • Work with central and market teams to build out our customer lifecycle strategy, developing customer journeys and experiences that drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead global retention initiatives and projects, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience in CRM/Retention/Loyalty strategy, preferably in subscription-based businesses and/or sports industry.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of what it means to be a fan.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior retention leaders in each market.
  • First-hand experience of fast-paced, innovative, and international work environments.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and positive attitude towards new challenges and business change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a focused workload to tight deadlines.
