Sales, Marketing, and Retention Manager

The University of Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic professional to become a vital part of their Marketing, Sales, and Communications division as a Sales, Marketing, and Retention Manager. This position entails overseeing the operations of the sales and marketing team, developing and executing strategies for membership sales, and orchestrating various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will also take charge of the retention strategy for services and ensure the effective implementation of marketing and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of the sales and marketing team
  • Develop and execute strategies for membership sales
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives
  • Lead the execution of the service's retention strategy
  • Manage the collection of membership fees
