**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and CRM Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving brand engagement, acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute the company's CRM strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-centric campaigns.
  • Plan and manage CRM activity, including workflow, customer journeys, and KPIs, to ensure seamless user experiences across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to gain insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and data analysis, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage email, SMS, and direct mail marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and content plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the CRM system's usability and business reporting, recommending technologies and solutions to strengthen the existing approach.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified to degree level in Marketing, IT, or a Business-related subject.
  • Experience in a busy marketing department, with specific experience in email marketing and CRM, preferably across brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop, with a flair for writing engaging copy and subject lines.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
