Job Summary

The Retention Manager will lead the Student Retention team in supporting our faculties, developing and implementing a comprehensive student retention strategy to ensure student engagement and progression. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a student retention strategy aligned with GBS's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the Student Retention team in delivering high-quality support services to students.
  • Collaborate with faculties and internal stakeholders to identify and address student retention issues.
  • Monitor and analyze student retention data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote student success.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in student retention or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience of building and leading high-performing teams.
