Sales and Retention Manager

About the Role:
As a Sales and Retention Manager at Toyota, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to increase customer lifetime value and drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement renewal strategies, manage retention activity, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistency in approach and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to increase customer retention and drive business growth
- Manage retention activity, including tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of retention strategies
- Provide coaching and support to sales teams to help them achieve their goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other business partners
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer retention
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the challenges facing customers
