Part Time Office Coordinator

RPS is a global firm that defines, designs, and manages projects in urbanisation, natural resources, and sustainability.
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Scotland, working 25 hours per week across five days (Monday to Friday).
This part-time role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact, supporting our clients and team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administration duties relating to safe day-to-day operation and management of the office
- Purchasing and supplier invoicing
- Ordering and managing stationery and staff PPE requirements
- Arranging staff travel and accommodation bookings
- Ensuring compliance with RPS Integrated Management System processes and procedures
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and manage a team, and a flexible approach to work.
