Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely interventions to address the needs of young carers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the risks and challenges faced by young carers, informing effective support strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design and deliver services that meet the evolving needs of young carers and their families.
  • Fostering strong relationships with young carers, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Salary: Approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
