About the Job

As a Diploma in Theology student or equivalent, you will have a strong understanding of Christian theology and practice. You will be responsible for working with a team to develop and deliver a project to grow young disciples in Wakefield, partnering with local churches and engaging with over 200 young people in new worshipping communities by 2028.

This is a full-time role, requiring a minimum of 37 hours per week. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the project to grow young disciples in Wakefield
  • Implementing the Acorn course and establishing a young worshiping community
  • Supporting young people in establishing social action activities
  • Working with a team to develop and deliver the project

The salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
