Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in the Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will work closely with young people to support their daily needs and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people with daily life activities, including assisting with morning routines and preparing evening meals
  • Encourage young people to continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver relationship-based, person-centred care
  • Participate in a 24/7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays
