About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker - Young People to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting young people in various aspects of daily life, including helping them continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills. You will also provide guidance on morning routines, prepare evening meals, and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Help young people continue with hobbies and social activities, and learn new skills
* Provide support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast
* Prepare evening meals and ensure a safe space for relaxation within the home
* Support young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities

What We Offer:
* Estimated annual salary: £26,500 (based on location and industry standards)

* Comprehensive induction program, including face-to-face training, online modules, shadowing, and local induction period
* Face-to-face therapeutic training and support via our SHINE program

Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's workforce
* Full UK driving license
