Job Title: Play Team Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Play Team Coordinator.

This role involves supporting children and young people in the creation of a space where they can play. The successful candidate will work 5 hours per week, term-time only, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Play Coordinator to deliver engaging lunchtime activities for children and young people.
  • Facilitate play opportunities and promote play as an ambassador for the school.
  • Assess risks daily and implement necessary changes to maintain a safe play environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and catering teams to ensure efficient lunchtime operations.
Requirements:
  • A passion for playing and excellent communication skills.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,027 (NJC Scale 3 FTE) with an actual salary of £2,797.28.
