About the Role

Arnold Clark is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join their team. As a Product Genius, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with showroom presentation and advertising, showcasing our products in the best possible light.
  • Support the Sales department, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Organise and accompany customers on test drives, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our vehicles and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident communicator with a positive attitude, who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer journey, from initial exploration to final handover and aftersales assistance.
