We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as an Aftersales Customer Advisor.

As an Aftersales Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Aftersales Team, working closely with renowned brands like Audi, BMW/Mini, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Volvo.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service to maintain workshop traffic and cultivate a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will recommend suitable aftercare products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently manage bookings using our system to maximize daily workshop capacity
  • Establish enduring relationships with Premium Brand customers through stellar service and professional conduct
  • Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and Brand procedures meticulously

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess previous customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, ambition, and a positive outlook.

Effective communication, a friendly telephone demeanor, and solid computer skills are essential for this role.

Prior automotive experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided during onboarding and continuous learning phases, enabling you to broaden your understanding of the automotive domain.
