We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our client, a well-established business based in Ballymena. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the administration function, including maintenance of systems, management of expenses, invoicing, and travel arrangements.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience as a Finance Administrator, with excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing and reconciling company bank accounts and credit cards, assisting with the maintenance of a database to co-ordinate projects, associated expenses, and allocated resources.

You will also be responsible for reconciliation of receipts for travel and subsistence, ensuring they are allocated to the correct project, efficiently managing the sales ledger, issuing invoices, checking them against orders and following up on payment as required.
