We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Administration Specialist to join our client's team in Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to support the Director and manage the administration function.

About the Client

Our client is an established business based in Ballymena, offering a range of benefits and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales ledger, issue invoices, and check them against offers and follow up on payment as required
  • Manage travel bookings for all employees, ensuring expenses are allocated to the correct project
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish as required, managing receipts in relation to VAT claims
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills, and at least 1 year of office-based experience using Microsoft Office. They will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £28,000 to £38,000 per annum.
