Accounts Administrator Specialist

This role involves maintaining the sales ledger and assisting the accountant with month-end tasks. You will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of third-party creditor invoices, recognising queries and liaising with the appropriate persons to resolve, reconciling creditor statements, and assisting with supplier payments and statutory returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales ledger transactions
  • Processing and reconciling creditor statements
  • Assisting with supplier payments and statutory returns

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience working in accounts or accounts administration roles, with experience using accounting packages such as Sage and Microsoft Excel.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £27,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent pension contributions, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for progression.
